Implementation and facilitation of a basic antivirus protection solution from our designated Third Party Provider.

This solution provides basic protection against KNOWN threats including viruses, worms, Trojans, spyware, adware, ransomware, and more. It only flags threats on the workstations on which the software is installed. TechKnowledgey manages updates, and technicians monitor the system during normal service hours.

Remediation services are not included in this service offering and will be billed to you at your standard hourly rate.
