These services offer convenience, predictable costs, and minimized disruption when replacing your computers. This service is only available for devices purchased through TechKnowledgey, Inc.

​Knowledge Worker Package  – This is for someone on your staff who does +/- 80% of their daily work using computers. Examples include office personnel, C-Suite, and Engineering.

• ​Install a pre-configured Windows 11 Professional Image including
  • Removal of manufacturer bloatware
  • Installing all OS and Driver updates
  • Removal of distractions like games, social media, and news feeds.​
• Installation of management & security services
  • Base IT Management (RMM)
  • Endpoint Security Option (MDR, EDR, or Basic AV)
  • Backup (if purchased)
• Configured User Profile
• Install & Configure Common Applications – limited to listed applications. Installation for all other applications will be billed to you at our then-current hourly rates.
