Service
TechKnowledgey, Inc. will implement and facilitate a Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solution delivered through our designated third-party provider, N-able Adlumin.
Services Included
- 24×7 Managed Detection and Response, monitoring the covered environment for security threats and anomalous activity.
- User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) used to establish baseline patterns of user, device, and system activity and identify deviations that may indicate compromised credentials, insider threats, or lateral movement.
- Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) used for centralized collection, correlation, and analysis of security-related logs and telemetry from supported systems to identify suspicious or malicious activity.
- Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) utilizing automated workflows to enrich alerts, reduce noise, and support consistent investigation and escalation of security events.
- Real-Time Threat Detection and Alerting, where confirmed or suspected security events are identified and escalated for review.
- Incident Alerts handled in accordance with TechKnowledgey’s established service response times.
- Data Retention, with security event data and associated telemetry retained for 30 days for investigation, analysis, and reporting purposes.
- Security Reporting (Upon Request), which may include privileged activity, security events, and network-level summaries to support security and risk management efforts.
Services Included
- Remediation Services, including recovery, cleanup, or corrective actions, which are not included and will be billed at TechKnowledgey’s standard hourly rate.
- Breach warranties, cyber insurance coverage, or compliance certification or attestation.
Service Boundaries
This service provides detection, analysis, and notification of security events. While designed to improve visibility and reduce detection time, no security service can eliminate all risk or guarantee the prevention of security incidents.
